We are hiring a Land Surveyor to join our team in Jeddah. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys, collecting and analyzing data, and creating maps and plans for construction projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in land surveying, strong mathematical skills, and the ability to use surveying equipment. This position is open to Indian applicants with their own visa and accommodation. No English proficiency is required for this role. A minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying is preferred. The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

As a Land Surveyor, your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting field surveys using traditional methods or advanced technology such as GPS
- Analyzing survey data and creating maps, plans, and reports
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate project planning
- Using various surveying equipment such as total stations and laser scanners
- Maintaining accurate records of survey data and measurements
- Adhering to health and safety regulations on job sites
- Communicating with clients or stakeholders to understand project requirements
- Assisting in the preparation of bids and proposals for potential projects
- Staying updated on industry developments, new technology, and best practices in land surveying

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field preferred but not required
- Strong mathematical skills and ability to use surveying equipment accurately
- Knowledge of CAD software for creating maps and plans preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Physical stamina to work outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions

This position is open to Indian nationals with their own visa and accommodation. No English proficiency is required, but knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage. The salary for this position is $1300 per month.
