Senior Architect - Dickirch, Luxembourg


We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the design and construction of various projects, ensuring that they meet the highest quality standards while staying within budget and timeline constraints.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and present design proposals to clients based on their specific requirements
- Lead a team of architects and engineers in the design process from concept to completion
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that construction is progressing according to plans and specifications
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure successful execution
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes
- Review project drawings and documentation for accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience as an Architect with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software programs
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of Malayalam is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Dickirch, Luxembourg (candidates from all nationalities are welcome)
