Plumber - Maintenance Technician


We are seeking a skilled Plumber - Maintenance Technician to join our team in Sofia. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing water supply and drainage systems in commercial and residential buildings. You will also be responsible for identifying and troubleshooting potential plumbing issues, as well as providing solutions to ensure efficient functioning of all plumbing systems.

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair and maintain water supply and drainage systems
- Inspect plumbing systems to identify potential issues
- Troubleshoot plumbing problems and provide effective solutions
- Perform regular maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure efficient functioning
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time
- Follow safety procedures and regulations while working on job sites
- Keep accurate records of all work performed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plumber or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
- Good communication skills in order to collaborate with team members and communicate with clients effectively

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (candidates from other nationalities welcome)
