A high-end resort in Bansko, Bulgaria is seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team. Our ideal candidate is a passionate chef with a creative flair and excellent leadership skills. As a Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen and ensure that all meals are prepared to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in creating menus and developing new dishes
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times
- Monitor food inventory and place orders for supplies as needed
- Ensure that all meals are prepared according to recipe specifications and presented beautifully
- Oversee food preparation during service times, making sure that all dishes are served on time
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-end establishment
- Passion for food and creativity in menu planning
- Strong leadership skills and ability to train and motivate kitchen staff
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Familiarity with Bulgarian or Eastern European cuisine is an asset
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
