Barista

A popular café in Washington is seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, as well as providing excellent customer service to our guests. We are looking for someone with experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a café or coffee shop setting.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee drinks
- Maintain cleanliness of the café and work area
- Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders and answering questions about our menu
- Cash handling and operating the POS system
- Restocking supplies and ingredients as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry
- Knowledge of different brewing methods, latte art, and coffee roasting preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Must have legal authorization to work in the US

Salary: $1400 per month

Contract Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Accommodation: This is a contract position without accommodation provided.
