Architecture Project Manager

As an Architecture Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent project management abilities, and a thorough understanding of construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from start to finish.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide design solutions.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project.
- Develop project timelines and budgets, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed.
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations.
- Oversee the preparation of construction documents and specifications.
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is progressing according to plans.
- Manage project team members and delegate tasks accordingly.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status.
- Identify potential risks or issues and develop contingency plans.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Architecture Project Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards a common goal.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles and construction processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other relevant software programs.
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations in Las Vegas is preferred but not required.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Las Vegas. While candidates from India are preferred, applicants from other countries are also welcome.

Other Details:
This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates if needed. This position is also suitable for students or recent graduates looking to gain experience in the field of architecture.
