Construction Project Manager



As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process from start to finish. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your attention to detail and strong leadership skills will be crucial in managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time
- Monitor progress and track expenses to ensure projects stay within budget
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality
- Manage subcontractors/vendors and negotiate contracts for materials and services
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and any potential risks or delays
- Proactively identify opportunities for cost savings or process improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods/materials
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6
