Electrician

We are in need of an experienced electrician to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As an electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in accordance with local and national codes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical principles and practices, as well as the ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available. Preference will be given to Indian nationals and English speaking individuals. Women are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to determine wiring layouts
- Follow local and national electrical codes
- Communicate with clients regarding project progress
- Keep accurate records of work performed
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant certification or license in electrical work
- At least 3 years of experience as an electrician
- Strong understanding of electrical principles and practices
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Knowledge of local and national electrical codes
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary: $1300 USD per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Nairobi, Kenya (visa sponsorship available)
