Electrician for Contract Work in Nairobi


We are in need of an experienced and skilled Electrician for contract work in Nairobi. This position is suitable for men with expertise in electrical installations and repairs. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing electrical systems and equipment in a variety of settings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting regular maintenance on electrical systems and equipment
- Troubleshooting and repairing faulty electrical systems
- Installing new electrical systems according to blueprints or specifications
- Adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering necessary supplies when needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification or trade school is a plus
- Proven experience as an Electrician, preferably in a contract or freelance capacity
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Biometric passport (preferred)

Salary:
The salary for this contract position is 1000 USD per month, paid on a bi-weekly basis.

Location:
This job is located in Nairobi, Kenya. While this job is open to all nationalities, preference will be given to Indian candidates with a strong command of the English language.

Accommodation:
This is a contract job without accommodation provided. Candidates must arrange their own housing during the duration of their contract.
