We are searching for a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Ufa. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of our computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure. Your main duties will include installing and configuring software and hardware, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data security.

Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain computer systems, networks, servers, and other related hardware
- Configure hardware and software to ensure smooth operation of systems
- Monitor system performance to ensure maximum uptime
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues as they arise
- Perform regular backups to ensure data security
- Implement security measures to protect our systems from cyber threats
- Maintain accurate records of network infrastructure and system configurations
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure efficient operation of the network

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven work experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Experience with network design/implementation/troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, servers, and related hardware
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMWare or Hyper-V
- Familiarity with backup/recovery software
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
