Senior Level Developer (Utena, Lithuania)



We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Level Developer to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Senior Level Developer, you will be responsible for managing and leading projects, as well as mentoring and guiding junior developers. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions
- Lead and manage projects from conception to completion
- Mentor and guide junior developers on best practices and coding standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and incorporate them into projects
- Troubleshoot and debug software issues
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Perform code reviews to maintain high quality standards

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a developer in a professional setting
- Proven experience in leading and managing projects
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python,
- Experience with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
- Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English (Lithuanian language proficiency is preferred but not required)
