A reputable construction company in Las Vegas is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders. This is a full-time contract position with a competitive salary of $1400 per week and includes accommodation for non-local candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Communicate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Complete daily reports and record any issues or malfunctions with equipment

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams
- Basic knowledge of mechanics and troubleshooting techniques
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with GPS technology for precision work
- Certification or training in heavy equipment operation
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
