Factory Line Worker

Our factory in Malindi is seeking a diligent and hardworking Factory Line Worker to join our team. As a Factory Line Worker, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery on the production line, ensuring quality control standards are met, and assisting with the packing and shipping of finished products. This position requires someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain production line machinery
- Ensure products meet quality control standards
- Assist with packing and shipping of finished products
- Conduct regular quality checks and report any issues to supervisors
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Meet production goals and deadlines

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working on a factory production line is preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods of time
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Must be willing to work flexible hours if needed

We offer competitive compensation of 1600$ per month, as well as opportunities for growth within our company. This position is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English. Part-time positions may be available for those seeking more flexible hours. Biometric passport is required for employment.
