We are currently hiring a hardworking and dedicated Factory Line Worker to join our team in Malindi. As a Factory Line Worker, you will be responsible for operating machinery on the production line, assembling and packaging goods, and ensuring quality control standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery on the production line according to established procedures
- Assemble and package goods efficiently and accurately
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality control standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Communicate any issues or concerns to supervisors in a timely manner

Requirements:
- No previous experience required
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform physically demanding tasks
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in Malindi without sponsorship
