We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our busy establishment in Bayan. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant including staff, inventory, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the owners to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage staff members
- Create work schedules and assign tasks
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of restaurant
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and attract new customers
- Manage budget and expenses effectively

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a managerial role in the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must have own visa or valid work permit for Kuwait

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1700$. Accommodation is not provided, so preference will be given to candidates who already reside in Bayan or have their own accommodation.
