Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our Indian cuisine restaurant located in Bayan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including daily operations, staff management, customer service, and budgeting.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will need to have a strong understanding of Indian cuisine and culture to ensure the authenticity and quality of our dishes. You will also be responsible for creating menus, developing new dishes, and maintaining inventory levels.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and train staff to deliver exceptional service. You must also possess strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage the restaurant's daily operations.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining food quality standards. You will also handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
To be considered for this position, you must have at least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine establishment. A degree in hospitality or business management is preferred but not required.
