Architectural Technologist - Sheduva, Egypt



As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for supporting the design and construction process of various architectural projects in Sheduva, Egypt. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that designs are practical, functional, and meet all necessary building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of architectural plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and other necessary information for project designs
- Collaborate with architects to ensure that designs meet client requirements and are feasible within budget and time constraints
- Prepare detailed construction documents for contractors to follow during the building process
- Review plans and specifications to identify any potential issues or conflicts before construction begins
- Stay updated on current building codes, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance in all designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects is preferred
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills

Working Conditions:
This is a contract position that offers a salary of 1300$ per month. Accommodation and visa sponsorship will be provided. As an English-speaking job in Sheduva, fluency in English is required.
