English Language Tutor


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced English Language Tutor to join our team in Kaunas. As an English Language Tutor, you will be responsible for providing personalized language instruction and support to students of all ages and levels. Your main duties will include developing lesson plans, delivering engaging and interactive lessons, assessing student progress, and providing feedback to improve their language skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching.

Responsibilities:
- Develop lesson plans tailored to individual student needs
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to improve students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Prepare students for exams or specific language proficiency goals
- Keep track of attendance and maintain accurate records of student progress
- Communicate with parents or guardians to discuss student performance if necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English or related field
- Proven experience as an English Language Tutor or similar role
- Native speaker or near-native proficiency in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles
- Knowledge of the latest teaching methods and technologies
- Patient, enthusiastic, and passionate about teaching

Salary:
1600$ per month (negotiable based on qualifications and experience)

Location:
Kaunas, Lithuania (this position is open to Malayalees and Nepali candidates)

Type:
Contract (6 months with possibility of extension)
