Legal Adviser - Abu Dhabi


Our law firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Adviser to join our team. As a legal adviser, you will provide expert legal advice and support to our clients, ensuring their compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various matters, including contracts, regulatory compliance, and business operations
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases
- Draft legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and policies
- Represent clients in court proceedings or negotiations with other parties
- Review and analyze legal documents to identify potential risks or issues
- Keep up-to-date with changes in legislation or regulations that may affect clients
- Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive solutions for clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited institution
- At least 3 years of experience working as a Legal Adviser or similar position in a law firm or corporate setting
- Knowledge of UAE laws and regulations is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus

Salary:
Salary for this position starts at 1500$ per month, depending on qualifications and experience.

Contract Type:
This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment.
