Head Chef

Our busy restaurant in Isa Town is seeking an experienced and talented Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing our menu, managing food and labor costs, and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring our kitchen staff, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and upholding all health and safety standards.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Creative and passionate about food with a focus on using fresh, local ingredients
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Salary: 1400$ per month

City: Isa Town, Bahrain (Preference given to candidates already located in Bahrain)
