IT Manager - Moscow, Russia


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Moscow, Russia. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's technology operations and ensuring that all systems and infrastructure run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and plans in line with the company's overall objectives
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and network systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions
- Ensure data security and disaster recovery plans are in place
- Manage IT budget and expenses
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry advancements
- Oversee the training of employees on new systems or software

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of networking, security, databases, and cloud technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Fluent English language skills (Russian language skills preferred)
- Prior experience managing a team is a plus

Salary:
1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
