Sales Representative/Account Manager
Our company is a leading distributor of industrial equipment and we are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Representative/Account Manager to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Sales Representative/Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, driving sales growth and meeting revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the industrial sector
- Identify potential clients and create strategies to reach them
- Conduct sales presentations to showcase our products and services
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in B2B sales within the industrial sector
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Good understanding of industrial equipment and related products/services
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team environment
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month plus commission on sales. Additional benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.
Location:
