Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through research, networking, and referrals
- Initiate and maintain contact with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and meetings
- Understand client needs and offer suitable solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Meet or exceed monthly/annual sales targets
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities

Requirements:
- Indian national residing in Chelyabinsk or willing to relocate
- Fluent in English (Russian language skills are an advantage)
- Proven track record in sales (experience within the IT industry is preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong negotiation skills
