Industrial Architect


We are seeking an experienced and innovative Industrial Architect to join our team in Sheduva. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of a variety of industrial buildings and structures, such as factories, warehouses, and distribution centers. Your main goal will be to create functional and efficient spaces that meet our clients' needs while adhering to safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Research building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations to ensure compliance with all applicable standards
- Oversee the construction process, from initial site preparation to final completion
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments or modifications as needed
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Strong knowledge of CAD software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations

Salary: $1300 per month
