Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of bakers, providing guidance and training as needed
- Ensure the timely production of all bakery items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the bakery, including equipment, storage areas, and workstations
- Develop new recipes and products to keep up with market trends and customer demand
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure consistency in taste, texture, and appearance of baked goods
- Adhere to food safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Baker or similar role in a high-volume bakery or pastry shop environment
- In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must have legal authorization to work in Shanghai
