Teamlead for Nepal - Contract Position in Acre, Israel


We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Teamlead with excellent communication skills to join our team in Acre, Israel. This is a contract position suitable for men from Nepal who are proficient in English and looking to gain experience in a leadership role.

As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of employees and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining a positive work environment and fostering teamwork among team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met
- Provide guidance, support, and training to team members as needed
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback on areas of improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient project completion
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise within the team

Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
- Previous experience in a leadership role preferred but not required
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Positive attitude and ability to motivate others
- Knowledge of project management tools/software is a plus
