As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting field surveys and measurements to determine property boundaries, prepare maps and reports, and provide accurate data for construction projects.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as total stations and GPS systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret data
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Knowledge of local land laws and regulations

Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys using various equipment to determine property boundaries
- Create detailed maps and reports based on survey data collected
- Provide accurate data for engineering, construction, or other projects
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and address any concerns or questions they may have
- Collaborate with team members on larger projects and provide support as needed
- Stay updated on local land laws and regulations to ensure compliance with all requirements
