Land Surveyor


We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Malindi. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, create maps and establish legal descriptions of land. You will also be responsible for collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports and providing recommendations.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, levels, and drones.
- Use survey data to create accurate maps and legal descriptions of land.
- Analyze collected data to identify potential issues or discrepancies.
- Prepare reports on survey findings and provide recommendations for land use.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate placement of structures or infrastructure.
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions or recommendations.
- Supervise survey crew members and ensure safety protocols are followed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor.
- Proficiency in the use of surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, levels, and drones.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to land surveying.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this position. In addition, we provide accommodation for our employees.
