IT Support Specialist


We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Balzers. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients and ensuring their computer systems and software are running smoothly. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that may arise and providing solutions in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer hardware and software, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and software
- Perform routine maintenance on computer systems
- Train clients on how to use new software or hardware
- Keep detailed records of all support activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.

City:
This position is located in Balzers, a beautiful small town located in the Principality of Liechtenstein. The city offers a high standard of living with its picturesque surroundings and close proximity to nature.
