Office Assistant
We are searching for a highly motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Remish. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office, providing support to management and employees, and contributing to the overall success of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing office supplies
- Maintain and update company records and databases
- Schedule appointments and meetings for management and employees
- Assist with preparing documents, presentations, and reports as needed
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and other external parties as necessary
- Handle incoming mail and distribute it accordingly
- Keep the office clean and organized at all times
- Support HR with recruitment processes and onboarding new employees
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees when necessary
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in an office environment preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this part-time position.
