Factory Line Worker



We are currently hiring a skilled Factory Line Worker to join our team in Split. As a Factory Line Worker, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, monitoring production processes, and ensuring quality control standards are met. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain production machinery according to standard operating procedures
- Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficiency and quality
- Inspect finished products for defects and report any issues to the supervisor
- Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure they are in good working condition
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working on a factory production line preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Basic understanding of mechanical equipment and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
