A leading manufacturing company in Split is seeking experienced Factory Line Workers to join our team. As a Factory Line Worker, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery, ensuring the efficient and timely production of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery according to standard operating procedures
- Inspect products for quality control and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following company policies and procedures
- Troubleshoot machinery issues and perform minor repairs when needed
- Keep production records and report any issues or concerns to management
- Assist with inventory management including counting, organizing, and stocking materials
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure the well-being of yourself and your colleagues

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production setting preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform physical labor such as lifting, bending, and reaching
- Basic math skills for inventory management purposes
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Valid work visa for Croatia (if not a citizen)
