We are seeking a highly qualified and compassionate Nurse to join our team at a reputable hospital in Ashdod, Israel. As a Nurse, you will be responsible for providing quality healthcare services to patients and promoting their well-being. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$. Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the medical team
- Educate patients on self-care techniques and provide emotional support
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
- Maintain accurate medical records and document all patient interactions
- Follow all hospital policies, procedures, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Valid nursing license in Israel
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergencies calmly
- Proficiency in basic computer skills

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Hebrew)
