Indian Executive Chef
We are in search of an experienced and talented Indian Executive Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Ashdod. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. You should have a strong background in Indian cuisine and be able to create unique and delicious dishes that will impress our guests.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop new menus and dishes
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Develop menus that showcase traditional Indian flavors while also incorporating modern techniques and ingredients
- Oversee all food preparation and ensure that quality standards are consistently met
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, and kitchen assistants
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times
- Collaborate with restaurant management to plan special events or promotions
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations
Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1500 per month, along with accommodation.
