Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine (Ufa, Russia)



We are currently hiring for a highly experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee our Indian cuisine restaurant in Ufa, Russia. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, providing excellent customer service, managing staff and inventory, and meeting financial goals.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and ensuring high-quality food and service
- Train and supervise staff on proper customer service techniques, menu items, and company policies
- Create employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels while also controlling labor costs
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain stock levels
- Develop strategies to increase sales and meet financial targets
- Address customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with chefs to create new menu items or make changes to existing ones based on customer feedback or market trends

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine restaurant is required
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English is a must; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus
- Proven track record of effectively managing staff, inventory, and finances in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Strong understanding of Indian cuisine dishes, ingredients, and cooking techniques is necessary
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism at all times
- Must have own valid visa to work in Russia without accommodation provided by the company
