We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As the manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations of our Indian restaurant, from managing staff and ensuring quality customer service to handling finances and maintaining inventory. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, finances, and customer service
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company standards
- Create work schedules, assign duties, and monitor staff performance
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Manage financial transactions and maintain accurate records
- Develop strategies to increase sales and attract new customers
- Collaborate with chefs to create menus that meet customers' preferences while staying within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality with a valid biometric passport
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a restaurant manager in an Indian restaurant setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
