Executive Chef for Pakistani Cuisine in Acre, Israel


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our Pakistani cuisine team in Acre, Israel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and creating authentic Pakistani dishes while also being able to effectively lead and manage a team.

Responsibilities:
- Create and design menus featuring traditional Pakistani dishes
- Source high quality ingredients and manage inventory
- Train and supervise kitchen staff in proper food preparation techniques
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times
- Manage budget and control costs while maintaining high quality standards
- Collaborate with restaurant management to plan events and special promotions
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into menu offerings

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef, preferably in a Pakistani cuisine setting
- Knowledge of traditional Pakistani cooking methods and spices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train team members
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew or Urdu is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800$ per month.
