Executive Chef for Fine Dining Restaurant in Acre


We are hiring for an experienced Executive Chef to lead our fine dining restaurant in the beautiful city of Acre. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative, high-quality dishes and managing a team of chefs. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for menu development, kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, excellent leadership skills, and a creative approach to culinary arts. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Proven track record in menu development and kitchen management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Creative approach to culinary arts
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative and high-quality menus for our fine dining restaurant
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Train, supervise, and manage a team of chefs to ensure consistent quality standards
- Control food costs by monitoring inventory levels and minimizing waste
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations
- Collaborate with management on budget planning and cost control
- Continuously strive to improve recipes, techniques, and presentation methods
- Work closely with suppliers to source the freshest ingredients at competitive prices
