Office Manager
The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office in Sheduva. They will oversee administrative tasks, including but not limited to, organizing and coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and maintaining office supplies. The office manager will also be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing communication, both in person and through various forms of technology. This individual must have exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Additionally, they should possess strong communication skills and be able to work well with a diverse team. This position is open to Kenyans with excellent English proficiency and own visa status. Students with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply. The salary for this role is 1300$ per month.
As an office manager in our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include keeping track of budgetary expenses, organizing company events, managing office equipment and supplies, and overseeing administrative staff.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of office procedures and possess excellent time management skills. You must also be able to prioritize tasks effectively and have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Your role as an office manager also involves being the primary point of contact for all internal and external communications. Therefore, you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an office manager or similar role

This is a full-time position with regular office hours. However, occasional flexibility may be required.
