Head Pastry Chef (Multan, Pakistan)


We are seeking a skilled and creative Head Pastry Chef to join our team in Multan, Pakistan. As the Head Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our pastry department, including menu creation, production, and staff management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing pastries while also maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update menus for the pastry department in line with current trends and customer preferences
- Oversee production of all pastries, including cakes, cookies, breads, and other baked goods
- Train and manage a team of pastry chefs and assistants to ensure quality standards are met
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to create dessert offerings for special events or seasonal promotions
- Continuously seek out new techniques and ingredients to enhance pastry offerings

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a high-volume establishment
- Culinary degree or certification from an accredited institute preferred
- Strong knowledge of different pastry techniques, ingredients, equipment, and recipes
- Ability to lead a team with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Creativity in developing new pastry ideas while also maintaining classic favorites
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
