Personal Trainer

As a personal trainer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized fitness programs for clients based on their individual goals and needs. You will work closely with clients to assess their fitness level, set realistic goals, and provide ongoing support and motivation. Your duties will also include demonstrating proper exercise techniques, providing nutritional guidance, and monitoring client progress. You should have a strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology, as well as knowledge of different exercise modalities and equipment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to motivate others, and a passion for helping individuals achieve their fitness goals.

Salary: $1400/month

Location: Yanbu, Saudi Arabia

Requirements:

- Certified personal trainer with at least 2 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
- Familiarity with various exercise modalities and equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients
- Passion for health and fitness
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)

Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial consultations with new clients to assess their fitness level, discuss goals, and create personalized training programs
- Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients throughout their fitness journey
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and prevent injury
- Educate clients on proper nutrition to support their fitness goals
- Monitor client progress regularly through assessments and adjust training programs as needed
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate updates to clients regularly
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, research new exercises/techniques, and incorporate them into client programs when appropriate
