We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Riyadh. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maximizing sales and profitability by ensuring proper product placement and availability in stores.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct store visits to ensure proper product placement and display according to company guidelines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock needs to the distribution team
- Create attractive displays that effectively showcase the products
- Train store staff on product features, benefits, and selling points
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Participate in planning and execution of promotional events or product launches
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in merchandising or retail sales
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with visual merchandising techniques
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of retail systems is a plus
- Must be fluent in English

Salary: 1000$ per month

This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Applicants must have their own valid visa for working in Saudi Arabia. Freshers are welcome to apply.
