Indian Restaurant Manager in Ar-Ruwais



We are seeking an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all areas of the restaurant's operations, including kitchen, dining room, and bar
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Create work schedules and assign duties to staff as needed
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Monitor food quality and ensure that all dishes are prepared according to recipes and presentation standards
- Control inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Implement cost-saving measures to increase profitability while maintaining high standards of service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
- Customer-focused with a strong attention to detail
