Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Our busy restaurant in Ar-Ruwais is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including scheduling shifts, coordinating with suppliers, and handling customer complaints
- Train and manage staff members to ensure high-quality service and maintain a positive work environment
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new dishes or make changes to the menu as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within the food industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and staff members from various backgrounds
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory management
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
