Our busy and popular restaurant in Ar-Ruwais is seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as Restaurant Manager. As a successful candidate, you will have a passion for the hospitality industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing a successful restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high quality service and customer satisfaction
- Hire, train and manage staff members, including waitstaff, cooks, and other employees
- Create and maintain schedules for employees to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role as Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic language proficiency is preferred)
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and budgeting
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed
- Must be able to obtain necessary work permits for employment in Ar-Ruwais

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1,600$ per month.
