We are hiring an experienced Android Developer to join our team in Jerusalem. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for designing and building advanced applications for the Android platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Responsibilities:
- Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Work with outside data sources and APIs
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Troubleshoot and debug existing applications to fix bugs and improve performance
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience as an Android Developer with at least 3 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of Kotlin or Java programming languages
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect applications to back-end services
- Knowledge of modern architectural patterns such as MVP or MVVM
- Experience working with Git for version control
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience developing complex Android apps from start to finish (from UI/UX design to deployment)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of Firebase or other mobile backend services
- Understanding of Material Design guidelines and best practices for mobile app development
