Freelance Virtual Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Freelance Virtual Assistant to join our team on a remote basis. Our company, based in Eschen, is looking for a motivated individual with previous experience in administrative tasks and excellent time management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing emails, and organizing documents
- Conduct research and gather information for projects
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders on behalf of the company
- Manage social media accounts and create content for marketing purposes
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and tracking expenses
- Assist with project management by coordinating tasks and deadlines
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred but not mandatory
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative role is required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Available to work on an urgent basis if needed
Salary: $1200 USD per month (negotiable based on experience)
