Office Assistant - Jizan, Canada
We are seeking a competent Office Assistant to join our team in Jizan, Canada. The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration and be familiar with basic office tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and organizing files. They should also have good communication skills and be able to work well in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and maintain the company's calendar
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and ordering new supplies when necessary
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
- Help with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording expenses and invoices
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Canadian nationality or valid work visa for Canada preferred
