Architecture Manager - St-Petersburg, Egypt


We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in St-Petersburg. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time job opportunity with a salary of 1700$, open to Egyptian applicants with no English language requirement.

As an Architecture Manager, your main duties will include managing a team of architects and engineers, coordinating with clients and contractors, reviewing project proposals and designs, and ensuring all building codes and regulations are followed. You will also be responsible for developing project budgets and schedules, conducting site visits to monitor progress, and providing guidance and support to team members.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a degree in architecture or a related field, at least 5 years of experience in architectural management, and strong leadership skills. You should also have excellent knowledge of construction processes and materials, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and team members.
