Hotel Sales Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Shan, Pakistan. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue for the hotel. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Negotiate contracts with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential partners
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business leads
- Conduct sales visits, presentations, and other promotional activities to showcase the hotel's offerings
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Manage the hotel's presence on online booking platforms and maintain positive online reviews

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management
- At least 3 years of experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of market trends and competitor activities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
